Exercise. Do crunches…jog…maybe some aerobics for 30 minutes a day. Eat more fruits and vegetables and you’ll save a few hundred and feel better.
Even better, stay the way you are and be happy with it because no one likes the way they look.
It’s irritating when people always take the easy way out and never learn from it.

usually 3000+ is the starting cost for any type of surgery like that. Howqever, remember it’s not permanent and they’ll likely tell you to attempt to lose the weight yourself first.

Liposuction costs depend on which method you choose to go with. The costs vary greatly. There are several methods of liposuction from which to choose. They include traditional liposuction (including the "wet method), tumescent liposuction (including hydroliposculpture), and several generations of ultrasonic liposuction. Traditional liposuction is generally expensive, with higher complication rates and moderate levels of improvement in the affected areas. Ultrasonic liposuction, best performed by experienced surgeons, can nonetheless produce serious complications. Tumescent liposuction, the safest and most economical of all techniques, produces the most predictable results.
Here at Arizona Lipo I specialize in tumescent liposuction, which starts at $3,000 for the first area. I would recommend contacting a doctor in your area and have a consultation so you can get a exact quote.

Woh! That’s a lot of fat you want removed!
It’s dangerous and risky in the first place to remove that much fat. Second thing, it’s gonna cause a dent in your pocket.
I suggest you read about the risk involved here: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/liposuction-risks.html
The cost of liposuction escalates up to $7,500 per one area done if you:
1. Do it in the hospital
2. Remove a lot of fat
3. Engage a highly professional & skillful surgeon
4. Have had liposuction before
5. Have big body size
Here’s a guide on the costs involved: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/cost-of-liposuction.html
