I need some opinions here, thinking about plastic surgery for breast reduction and or tummy tuck, what do..?

you think, im not big, im 130lb and 5′3", but my belly has a mind of its own, i work out 4x a week, for 2 hrs, but nothing had worked, i don’t have a big butt, so i think i look kind of out of proportion, with my big boobs, but i don’t know what to do, i want to burst my self esteem a little bit more..
if you cant answer don’t, im not asking your opinion on plastic surgery, so don’t want to hear that, i will ask you to answer this question with respect.
has anybody had both procedure done? and how was it?
if you had any of them please share your experience and if it was worth it?
