This morning when I got out of the shower and looked in the mirror I had suddenly developed a rash of acne-like bumps across my upper chest and up my neck and around to my back. It was not there yesterday, but seems to have developed overnight. I have always had a few bumps here and there, but this is severe – at least 50 between my chin and breasts, plus whatever is on my upper back. They are tiny pimples, some with a white head.

I regularly (not quite everyday) take Claritin to prevent nervous hives I developed after a stressful time a few years ago, and took one yesterday before bedtime.

I can only think of two things that might have contributed to them. I skipped my shower for a "lazy" day yesterday, so my skin was not as clean as usual. And I was very upset with my neighbors to the point of being mad and did not get very much sleep at all. So it could have been nerves or stress.

Does anybody know of anything that might have caused it? I know the standard acne treatment
