where can i go in lansing MI to get a free consultation for plastic surgery, breast reduction?

i want to have a consultation I have alot of questions about the procedure and about financing plans.

Is there a web site that I can get some prices for plastic surgery procedures in my area?

I live in South Carolina and I am thinking of getting plastic surgery to correct a problem. I do not know of any plastic surgeon in my area and I don’t know anyone who has gone to get any done. I also don’t want to waste money on a consultation only to find out that there is no way that I can afford it.
