i think I want liposuction ?
I just had twins and i love my newfound hips/butt/breast my stomach is not the flattest and i want to get liposuction. How much does it cost to remove fat from the stomach or even do a fat transfer. Is it safe / Of course I will eat well and stick to keeping my waist small after the operation. Is this a good idea ?

Im not fat. I have some weight on my stomache that I cant loose since having a c-section 8 months ago. REGARDLESS of the fact that I eat correctly and exercise ATLEAST 30 minutes a day it wont go away.

Alright, in all honesty, I am not the most active guy in the world. I do not have the will power to diet. I am the type who will start working out, and I will either get bored with it or just stop going for some reason. I sprained my ankle recently, and has been nearly impossible to do much cardio even if I do make it to the gym. The last couple of years, I have gained so much weight. I hate being this fat, and every type of clothing piece I wear is uncomfortable because of my beer gut and flat tire. I feel like the only answer would be liposuction. How much does liposuction cost to do? Is it easy to finance? I don’t have a lot of money, but I hate being this way. What is the best course of action?

Why are Osteopaths allowed to practice plastic surgery in Iowa?
I noticed a top plastic surgeon in Des Moines is a DO and not an MD. I thought Osteopaths were like Chiropractors. I don’t understand how an Osteopath could be allowed to legally practice plastic surgery, i.e, perform breast reductions and put in implants, reattach fingers, give face lifts, liposuction, etc. That seems like an area of medicine that only a MD should be allowed to train for and perform.

So does medicaid pay for it, it is medically neccessary since i will be psychologically damaged if i do not get these surgeries
