What is the max amount of weight a person can lose in 2 days? (by all possible methods)?

but besides cutting an arm off or liposuction….

how much can one do with working out and fasting in only two days???

i need to be ready to wear my bikini for this major club pool party that i was JUST informed about :(

(i know i sound like one of those lame people asking for a easy miracle but i am willing to starve and work out tons, i just want to know how much one can actually lose)

please don’t try to inform me of the "dangers" of extreme dieting and how "it won’t last" etc etc ;P

Severe Acne?

I’ve had severe acne and deep, deep black heads since the 5th grade. I’ve went to many dermatologists and nothing they gave me worked! I’ve tried everything from home remidies to those "miracle" acne products in department stores (Clinque, Proactiv). All these products made my face worse! I can’t afford any fancy smanshy lazer treatments. What should I do?
