is it the right time for me to get breast plastic surgery??and any good infos?
im 18 my breast size is 34b and i dont feel confident about it my bf doesnt care or anybody else
but i dont feel comfortable about it and its for me
but my mom hates it and she keeps saying negative stuff and its for people and if someone doesnt like u because of that and so on….but the truth is the surgery is for me to make myself feel confident about my breast
i need to know good infos about it and what is better for me how much it costs and so on

My friends down becuase his Brother wont do plastic surgery on him .I do try to cheer him up but its to no avail.
A little background his brother is a plastic surgeon that gets to do 1 free operation a year . He has given his mom a tummy tuck and his step sister breast augmentation .
My friend has a condition that predisposes him to gaining weight on the middel.yet his brother wont operate on him . He has repeatley done what his brother suggested such as running or trying to eat high protein diets. Since he doesnt make much money eating a high protein diet is expensive .My friend does work out 3 time a week .
Should my friend accept it and move on ?
I can tell this eats him up inside .
Would there be a better way for my friend to approach his brother on this ?

plastic surgery – breast enlargement?
I’m trying to get an opinion for a friend who’s thinking of getting fake boobes. She’s very cute, barely weighs 105 lbs, athletic but has no boobes. Her mom is pretty flat chested as well. (At her age they will no longer grow and even if she were to gain weight she still wouldn’t have any). Anyways, what is your opinion of fake boobes to get to an A cup or is it better to have a chest like a boy? She would be doing it for herself not for any guy. Thought about it for the past 15 years but afraid of any health issues (complications, not being able to detect breast cancer or breastfeed). Thanks for your help!
