18 years old, and relative substantial plastic surgery. Is this the trend these days?
My girlfriend is 18 years old, actually 17 just a couple of months ago. She wants to have surgery done to her nose (to be completely straight and narrowed in the front), surgery to the gums (mouth) in order to make all teeth appear larger, surgery to her breast to make them firmer and larger (not very large, just a bit more), and finally; to her buttocks to firm up and make them larger and rounder.
Is this amount of plastic surgery the trend for 18 years old? I have some understanding for her nose thing, but otherwise she is just fine. I mean, above average looking; height 5.5 and weight 110. Her hair is amazing; healthy looking straight blue/black hair down to her hips. Anyway, what do you think?
How many of you would consider plastic surgery after having kids…?
I’m pregnant with my second baby due 7/16. As you can imagine, i’m huge and pretty cranky about my "figure".
My body was never the same after I had my first one and now that I think I’m done with baby making, I would consider having a tummy tuck and a boob lift.
My husband isn’t too thrilled about the idea, but its really not about him.
What’s even worse is that my sister found a huge bag of all my old clothes in her house and she started reading the labels of sizes 8 and 6!!!!
I can’t believe I was ever a size 8 and a 6. That just depressed me even more.
I’m just curious, how many of you would consider plastic surgery after you had your kids?

Honestly if i could afford it, i think i would get a boob job ( i dont mind the size of mine as they are 36D but i dont like how they are .. they are soo wide apart .. makes me have a horrible clevage and one of them is nearly a cupsize smaller than the other one )
also as im really not happy with my weight and no matter what i do the weight never seems to come off .. just gets fatter so would have lipo and a tummy tuck!
I would never change my face though as to me thats the thing that makes us stand out and that we were born with!

I had lost a lot of weight and had a tummy tuck. Now I am afraid to get old, and I see some wrinkles. I want to get plastic surgery on my face and eyes. I also had surgery on my C5, so I have a scar on the front of my neck. I would like to fix this. Oh and the boobs, my arms………….I just want to stay young. I am so depressed. I have only dated men younger than me. I will not ever date older men. Sorry, I have nothing in common with them, and I guess maybe I am a little vain?

a lot of people are obsessed- thank goodness there aren’t too many assasins- like the one who got john lennon-
all over the tv, radio, magazines- famous people- most of them are not good role models- from the plastic surgery- to nude photos- to kids out of wedlock- listen to most of today’s rap songs- look at the images in those videos- its very misogynistic-
why would you want to be someone else? so many girls try to be like them- like fame- isn’t all it seems- the outside is glamourous but its not- airbrushing…people waste tons of money on trying to dress like them- wear their makeup/hair products-its so fake-
then america seems to be dumbing down- because of this-
we have a war in iraq, gas prices up, the fall of the U.S. dollar, etc.- then many people are still focused on these celebrities- this celebrity is gay/bi- this one is pregnant- this one brought a house- released a new cd/movie- its a waste of money, etc-

Tricare covering a plastic surgery if spouse doesn't find attractive?
I heard that if you say your spouse doesn’t find you attractive then you can get one plastic surgery covered by tricare. Anyone ever heard of this? I actually heard that they will pay for half (or one breast lol) and for a tummy tuck (but not the belly button lol) I know it sounds stupid but I just had to ask! lol I can’t wait to hear the responses!

To the two woman at the end. Thank you for that. I heard from many people too about this. I also know a woman that had a tummy tuck as well under tricare. If I needed to get any of these I would definitely get one! I mean who wouldn’t want to improve there looks! There is nothing wrong with it at all to be quite honest. I don’t know why people are all worked up over someone who wants to feel good about themselves! It’s quite stupid. Let them be!
Generally speaking, how much does a tummy tuck cost?
I’ve had three huge babies, two over 8 lbs and one that weighed 9lbs 7 oz. The skin on my stomach is so stretched out that no amount of stomach crunches will help, believe me I’ve tried! I’m not into plastic surgery, I think that most problems can be solved by exercise and a healthy diet but this is not fat, it’s loose sagging skin that will never regain it’s elasticity. I would love to get a tummy tuck but have no idea how much they are. Does anyone know a ballpark figure?
Hello TTC friends, I need your help! TTC INSURANCE?
We all know that there are millions of couples out there that are TTC. It is a frustrating and emotional time. Its especially frustrating when you cant afford to pay for TTC treatments when it cost like thousands of dollars. There are couples out there who cant wait a few more year to saves all that money to pay for it. I just think it sad how there really isnt a lot of things on TTC couples and how insurance companies dont pay for it. The medications are alot of money and then the procedures are too. I really want to make a difference for use but im only one girl. i was hoping that there are more couples out there that would fight for ttc people. i hope im making since. if you dont want to it find, it was worth a shot. i want to see ttc couples standing out there for insurance to support ttc. its not like we are asking for insurance for plastic surgery.they give insurance for boob jobs why cant they give insurance for bringing a baby in the world. it friggin sucks. ive been researching for me and my husband and my heart is torn by the prices. and sometimes the ivf or iui dosent even work the first time or the tenth time. truthfully. where ever you are ttc friends i think we should do the damn thang and round people up for this,if you have a ttc support just get out there and fight. god bless
