I really would like to know what would be the best way/arguments to convince my parents to agree to plastic surgery (breast implants or lip augmentation) as a birthday present.

PLEASE HELP PEOPLE….a lot of people have made fun of me for being ugly, so I’ve been thinking A LOT about plastic surgery. Trust me, I’m ugly–and I NEED it.
