What is a really good skin care product for dry skin and blackheads?
My skin is pretty dry and I get zits often and mostly blackheads. I have tried Clean & Clear and St. Ives which doesn’t seem to work and Oxy and Clearisil which dried out my skin. What is a really effective skin care product that will not dry out my skin and get rid of my blackheads and other types of pimples? Thanks!

I have tried eveything yu mentioned, as well as proactive and you know what works the best? Hot water to wash with, morning and night, then wrinse with cold very cold. Then apply 91% alcohol to all blemishes,like blackheads and pimples. that will dry emup and not dry out your whole face. Lotion that is good for the face is Clinique its a yellow color, its works great. I found it online.

that happened to me for a while too,
i used proactive and it worked but the only downside is it dries out your skin terribly and if you stop using it it burns your skin… crazy right. so don’t use that!
i went to see my family doctor who sent me to a dermatologist and they gave me a perscription cream that worked amazingly and it cleared up everything within like 2 days. also, i’m sure if you go to a spa they could reccomend some cremes too!

That’s easy. There’s a product called Medik8 Pore Cleanse which is designed for this problem (which I had too). It contains L-mandelic acid which is the only AHA that is fat soluble and gets in the pores but because its got zero alcohol or SLS etc. it doesn’t dry the skin at all. Good luck.

Good clean warm water and a mild glycolic peel will do the trick everytime. It takes a couple weeks to really see all of the changes. If you maintain good cleaning habits, it works wonders.

What I would recommend is to steam your face by carefully holding your head over a bowl of steaming water so your pores open and then squeezing out the blackheads. If your skin is going dry then I would really recommend a product from Vaseline who I have been working with recently called Vaseline Sheer Infusion.
It has a new technology called Stratys 3 which is unique to the product which doesnt just work on the top layer of your skin so it doesnt feel greasy but makes sure it retains moisture. Its made my skin feel silky smooth!

uum i tottaly understan what you mean on the dry skin. i had dry skin for a month, i tryed everyting but no results. untill 3 days ago, i spoked to my best friends mother, and she told me to mix lotion and sugger and do a facial. honestly, in two days my face felt smooth and i said goodbye to my dry skin.
try this, hope this helpts =)
i used it twice a day. uum you might want to use a loction that is for dry skin (that the tipe of lotion i used)
