  1. Obviously breasts, but her lips look suspiciously plump to me. Perhaps some work on her face and cheekbones. She has not had a tummy tuck because she said that after her pregnancies her tummy just flattens out. Lucky!

I don’t know, but I have watched that show out of curiosity and although I find it somewhat pretentious, she seems to be an ok girl….he is a sweetheart, but I would never refer to them as "royalty" as E channel does….she is still so young, I doubt she has had any other plastic surgery than her boobs…
